It is not a secret that #Aldub (Short for Alden + Yaya Dub) Love Team of the popular #Kalyeserye skyrocketed the TV ratings of the oldest noontime show in the Philippines “Eat Bulaga”. Making almost double of percentage rating against its rival show. Well, what can I say. It is a matter of timing and chemistry. Who would have thought that a household name Maine Mendoza a.k.a. Yaya Dub would be a soon to be big kapuso star in just a short period of time after her one time big time facebook post dubmashing Kris Aquino trends online garnering 1,000,000 views overnight.

While on Alden Richards part, he is in the showbiz industry for quite some time, but honestly, I won’t be reading about him if this #Aldub fever started trending. Timing? Personally, I think that the pairing of Mendoza and Richards is just an accident. Knowing that Mendoza was placed in “All for Juan, Juan for All” segment of the show while Richards is a co-host in the studio. But who knows, that’s only my personal opinion. And I think that’s the magic on their love team. The people chose them to be paired. The reason why it is a sure hit.
