The video posted above is the CCTV video taken from a public vehicle known as E-Jeep here in the Philippines. It surfaced to popularity because of a TV/Radio program “Raffy Tulfo in Action” where the two main concerned citizen named Dimple Morcillo and Tatay Alexander was interviewed to air their side of the incident. As expected, the netizens became very affectionate to Tatay Alexander because he’s been wrongly reported by Dimple Morcillo to authorities.

Allegedly, Dimple Morcillo reported that she was sexually assaulted by Tatay Alexander while riding the E-jeep. And because of her claim, her father, brother and a friend beat up Tatay Alexander without hesitations because their family member, Dimple Morcillo played as a victim. The tanods or guards in the brgy hall and the police handling the case also did not made any further investigation, encouraging Tatay Alexander to say sorry to Dimple Morcillo for this incident to just pass like nothing happened. and because of this CCTV.
