Fern-C is one of the most popular vitamin supplement ever introduced in an MLM business company. I have heard about this product from a distant relative. She sells this product to us and we all tried and tested it. 1 box contains 100 capsules of Fern-C and 1 capsule contains 568.18mg of Sodium Ascorbate. Sounds interesting because this is not your usual Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C. Sellers claim that this is a Non-Acidic Vitamin-C Supplement. So here is my review about Fern-C Vitamin supplement.

3: Protects Body against virus like Bird Flu, Dengue and common colds
4: Prevents all types of infections and prevents cancer
5: Detoxifies your body from harmful toxins
6: Fights free radicals and its harmful effects in the body

Suggested Intake:
For daily maintenance, take 1-2 capsules per day.
For cold symptoms take 3-4 capsules daily.

What “I LIKE” about Fern-C Vitamin Sodium Ascorbate Capsule:
1: Does not make my tummy acidic.
2: It does make my immune system strong. I did not experience fever, colds and cough at the time I am taking this supplement.
3: No aftertaste when consumed.

What I “DON’T LIKE” about Fern-C Vitamin Sodium Ascorbate Capsule:
1: Not readily available in the market.
2: I gained weight at the time I am taking this. Maybe because it contains sodium which I have read to be on of the causes of water retention in the body.
3: I feel a little bloated at times.
4: A little expensive for me as it only contains 568.18 of Vitamin C in Sodium Ascorbate form. It costs P750.00 for 100 capsules.
5: According to some issues that I have read, there are fake Fern-C circulating in the market. So please beware.

Would I purchase it again?
Probably not, I think this supplement is not for me. I am afraid to gain weight because of water retention.
