DAY 8: Reading Nutritional Labels

If you are a type of person who does not care on what you eat. You might at least look on the Calorie, Fat and Protein Content of the Products you buy in the market.

What should you consider?
1: Choose products that are LOW in CALORIES, LOW in FAT and HIGH in PROTEIN.
2: Also take note of the “Servings per Container”

LABEL#1: (Servings Per Container is 1) – all values will be multiplied to 1
If you will eat the whole product content, you will get a total of
80 Calories, Zero Fat and 9g of Protein from Product Label #1

LABEL#2: (Servings Per Container is 4) – all values will be multiplied to 4
If you will eat the whole product content, you will get a total of
360 Calories, 12g of Fat and 12g of Protein from Product Label #2

See the Difference?
So if you are to choose between the 2 Labels…
LABEL #1 is better because it is Low in Calorie, Low in Fat and High in Protein.
