I have heard about Relumins Gluta 1000 from Online Sellers and Suppliers. They always recommend this brand when they do not have an on hand stock of my favorite glutathione brand Ishigaki Premium. They claim that Relimuns is a brand widely used by local celebrities. They mentioned names like Kylie Padilla and an EB babe member that I can’t remember the name already. Hmmm. But because they are very consistent. I also looked for some reviews about this product. Upon checking on its content, It has a total of 1000mg L-Glutathione Complex in 2 capsules which includes 675mg Reduced L-Glutathione, 200mg Alpha Lipoic Acid and 125mg Rose Hips. If you have read my past glutathione capsule reviews, I do not like products with ALA or Alpha Lipoic Acid so it took me months before I was convinced to try this product.

Why I have decided to try Relumins Gluta 1000?
After almost 2 months of waiting, Ishigaki Premium is still not available everywhere. So, I did my homework again, I read some blogs and had find out that many bloggers out there love this product and recommend it to their readers. So, even though I do not like ALA, I have decided to give it a try. I have finally decided to try Relumins Gluta 1000. And here I am today sharing you my experience after finishing 1 bottle for 1 month without failing to drink a single capsule.

What “I LIKE” about Relumins Gluta 1000?
1: Packaging is impressive. Not cheap looking and properly sealed. There is an authenticity seal found in the bottle.
2: It is not that expensive, 1 bottle cost around P1,000 for 60 capsules.
3: It has no aftertaste or anything.
4: No pimple breakouts! Hallelujah! I am actually expecting breakouts because it contains ALA. But I am amazed. I did not have a single episode of breakout. Maybe because it has the proper amount of ALA or maybe because of the Rose Hip? I don’t know.
5: No “routen egg” smell.
6: It really made my skin whiter and pinkish. So I guess it is effective!

What “I DON’T LIKE” about Relumins Gluta 1000?
1: It is not available at local stores here in the Philippines.
2: On my first 2 weeks of use, I experienced slight sudden abdominal pains and diarrhea almost everyday. I am not an expert but they say that those symptoms are just signs of detoxification. But whatever it is, I still don’t like it because it is very uncomfortable especially when you are outside the house.
3: Even though it claims that it was Made in USA and has GMP certification seal. The product is not FDA approved.
4: I do not like the fact that I should take Relumins Gluta 1000 2x a day at morning and at night. Oh well, this was just recommended by my supplier. But you can take 2 capsules at the same time in the morning if you like. I did sometimes. LOL.

My Recommendations for Relumins Gluta 1000:
1 bottle of Relumins Gluta 1000 contains 60 capsules. According to my supplier, It is best taken 2x a day. 1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 at night after eating dinner. I am taking this together with my favorite Vitamin C + Stress Formula supplement. And I have to say that they are a perfect match. I don’t know, after taking Relumins Gluta 1000, I actually cannot decide now what is my favorite glutathione supplement. Is it still Ishigaki Premium or Relumins Gluta 1000? This product had met my expectations in just 1 bottle. But I guess I have to try another bottle to decide what better and best.
